Terms and Conditions

These terms cover your use of 3d05.org and anything you order from us. Placing an order means you accept them.

Who we are

3D05 is a 3D printing, modelling and laser cutting workshop at 8850 NW 13th Terrace, Unit 103, Doral, FL 33172, United States. You can reach us at 3d05inc@gmail.com, Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm Eastern.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by email. We may decline an order, and we will refund you in full if we do.

Everything we sell is made to order. Unless a product page says otherwise, allow 2 to 3 business days of production before your order ships or is ready to collect.

Prices and tax

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax and shipping, which are calculated at checkout. Florida sales tax is added where it applies. We may change prices at any time, but never after we have confirmed your order.

Personalisation

Where a product takes a name or other text, we print it exactly as you enter it, including spelling and capitalisation. Check it carefully before paying. Very long entries may be scaled down slightly so they fit the available space. We may decline to print anything unlawful, hateful, or infringing someone else’s rights, and will refund you if we do.

Files you send us

If you upload a model or cut file for a quote, you confirm that you own it or have the right to have it made. You keep ownership of your file. We use it only to quote and produce your job, and we do not sell, publish or pass it to anyone else. You agree to cover us against any claim that making your file infringed someone’s rights.

We may decline any job, including anything unsafe to cut or print, anything that infringes a third party’s rights, and any functional firearm component.

What our products are

Our pieces are decorative and organisational items printed in PLA plastic. Unless a product page says otherwise:

• They are not food safe. Printed plastic carries layer lines that hold bacteria and is not certified for food contact.
• They are not insulated, waterproof, or load bearing.
• They soften and deform in high heat. Keep them out of dishwashers, microwaves, and hot cars.
• They carry faint layer lines, seams and minor variation. That is the process, not a defect.

Shipping and collection

We ship within the United States and offer free collection from our Doral workshop. We will email you when a collection order is ready. Risk passes to you on delivery or collection. Delivery dates are estimates and carriers are outside our control.

Returns

Because our work is made to order and often personalised, we do not accept returns for change of mind. We do replace or refund anything that arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered. The full terms are on our returns and refunds page.

Quotes

A quote for custom work is valid for 30 days and is based on the file and information you gave us. If the job changes we will requote before starting.

Liability

Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any use of a product beyond what it is plainly made for.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and the courts of Miami-Dade County have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies to your order.
