Privacy Policy

This explains what we collect when you use 3d05.org, why, and who else sees it. We are 3D05, 8850 NW 13th Terrace, Unit 103, Doral, FL 33172, United States. For anything in this policy, email 3d05inc@gmail.com.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, email address, billing and shipping address, phone number if you give one, what you bought, and any personalisation text you entered.
• When you pay: your payment is handled by our payment processor. Card numbers go to them, not to us. We see only the result and the last digits of the card.
• When you ask for a quote: your name, email, what you described, and any model or cut file you uploaded.
• When you just browse: standard technical information such as IP address, browser, pages viewed, and cookie identifiers.

Why we use it

To take and fulfil your order, to reply to you, to work out shipping and sales tax, to keep the records the law requires us to keep, to prevent fraud, and, where you have asked for it, to send you email about our products.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your personal information. We do share it with the services that make the shop work:

• Payments: WooPayments (Stripe) and PayPal, to take payment and handle refunds and disputes.
• Shipping: ShipStation and WooCommerce Shipping, plus the carrier, to print your label and deliver your parcel.
• Sales tax: WooCommerce Tax, to calculate the correct rate.
• Email: Klaviyo, for order and marketing email.
• Advertising and measurement: Google, Pinterest, Reddit and Snapchat. These set cookies or similar identifiers and may receive information about pages you visit and purchases you make, which they can match to their own accounts.
• Hosting and platform: our web host and WordPress.com, which run the site.

We also disclose information where the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

The site uses cookies to keep your cart and session working, which it cannot run without. The advertising and measurement services above also set cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, and you can opt out of personalised advertising through each provider’s own settings. Blocking essential cookies will stop checkout working.

How long we keep it

Order and tax records are kept as long as the law requires, which in practice is several years. Quote files are kept while we are discussing the job and for a reasonable period after, then deleted. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email 3d05inc@gmail.com and we will respond. We may need to keep order and tax records even after a deletion request, because the law requires it. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

Children

This shop is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date below.
